Rising Up: Handstands Challenge 3.0

I’m super excited to announce my next handstand challenge! Whether you’re wanting to improve your handstands or are new to handstands altogether, this challenge is for you!

Rising Up: Handstands is a 30-day program for anyone working toward adding handstands into their practice. Whether you’re just beginning, or hoping to gain longer holds, this program is designed to help you get there safely. We will start on the wall with basics and each day we will strengthen and condition ourselves to stay up longer through stabilization, fundamentals, and drills. Get ready to get upside down using some of my favorite tricks, personal ‘ah-ha’ moments, and all the instructional drills!

HOW TO TAKE BEFORE & AFTER PICTURES

  • Please make sure to take photos in good lighting, and wear form fitting clothing like yoga pants & sports bra (avoid baggy tops, etc.)

  • Try to position yourself in front of a clean background (so it's easier to see body positioning)

  • For handstands on the wall, or in the middle of the room: take one picture straight on, and one picture from the side

  • If you prefer to send photos instead of videos: I suggest recording yourself and then taking screenshots from the video recording. You can also submit both pictures & videos of your progress.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Daily drills and practices

  • Practice at home with me!

  • Practices consist of two weeks on the wall and then working toward the middle of the room.

  • Weekly assessments videos + check-ins on our Facebook group

  • Designed for beginners or those hoping to increase hold times

HOW TO WIN
