7 Tips for Shoulder Maintenance

Whether you've been practicing yoga for years or just started last month, shoulder maintenance and mobility are so important. Nothing is worse than feeling stiff and unable to practice the way you'd like so today I have a quick little sequence of drills for ya that will definitely help keep those shoulders feeling loose and ready to go! These drills will help give you more range and provide more mobility or release in your shoulders, just work them into your practice as needed!

1. Barrel Rolls
2. Cactus Rolls
3. Straight Arm Rolls
4. Thread the Needle
5. Spider Stretch
6. Flexion
7. Abduction

Hang in each drill for however long it feels good and beneficial to ya!
