Your Favorite Flows from 2021

Happy first blog post of 2022!! :) TBH I almost wrote 2021 just now because I still can't even believe we're already about a month into the new year. January was both really long and really fast for me. Probably because so much is happening between us moving forward with our surrogate (yes, we found one and are onto the next steps!! You can read more about my IVF journey here), all kinds of things happening with the kids from wisdom teeth coming out to scuba diving certifications. Oh, and lots of football because Kevin is the ultimate Green Bay fan. Mixed in with all of that life, though, has been so much amazing yoga, especially handstands! The handstand challenge that started in my app on January 1 has been thriving both in my app and in my new Facebook community! It's been so incredible to not only get to interact with so many of you but to see all you guys interact with each other. Very excited to see what else we can do together because if this month is any indication of how this year is going to go from a yoga perspective, it's gonna be s'good!!!

Before I keep going on and on about 2022 (planning some amazing things!), I thought it'd be fun to reflect back on some flows from 2021, specifically the top five most viewed on my Instagram! It's always interesting to me what performs well on IG and what doesn't. Is it because of the flow? The caption? With the flows below, most of them don't really have much to do with the captions or I'm sharing a sneak peek of something I'm teaching in my app. Either way, I'm glad you guys loved them and I can't want to see what flows you love most in 2022!!

Flow #5 - I think this one was popular because the caption is filled with lots of life updates. Still a great sequence though!

Flow #4 - This one was a leg burner for sure! You can always do the mini sequence but the full flow for this one is in my app (any flow I share on IG, the full sequence is always in my app!) if you're in the mood for some serious legwork!

Flow #3 - My pup Selleck makes a guest appearance in this one, so it makes sense it was the third most viewed of the year! ;)

Flow #2 - I distinctly remember doing this flow and really leaning into what I felt like my body needed that day. Peeling back the layers one by one and breathing deep every step of the way.

Flow #1 - It makes me happy that my most-viewed flow has me getting upside down but also that the caption of this one is when I shared I started reading Think Like a Monk. Definitely pick this book up, it's a good one!

Cheers to all the amazing flows in 2021 and what to come in 2022!
