Sicily 🇮🇹❤️👌🏻

This was the 11th retreat I’ve hosted and it was a goodie! The more I do, the more I love the smaller tight knit groups. We get so dang close so quickly and I always leave feeling unbelievably inspired by a new group of women (and in this case @stuartcreid and @kevindhofer too!).

We toured islands, drank all the wine, aperol spritzes, and local beers. We hiked many “beginner” hikes that were anything but, practiced our beginner Italian, inspired each other to take big leaps, kept going when we wanted to quit, ate all the pasta and pizza, practiced a ton of yoga, and just leaned in to everything.

I’ve grown to absolutely love hosting retreats. I started with so many nerves! What will people think? What if I wasn’t enough..? I would create an unfair pressure of what others’ expectations of me might be. I would push myself to be more than what I was; offer more of myself than I was able to give. But as the years go on I sink into really knowing myself and unabashedly share that with everyone around me. I am enough.

I’m so glad I said “yes” to hosting retreats three years ago! This whole journey has really changed my whole life and for the countless things I’ve taken away, left behind, and worked though .. thanks for sticking along for the ride. Whether you’ve joined me on a retreat or just watch me through this digital space .. just love ya for it ❤️

I surprised Kellan with his first “Mom and Me” solo trip! I showed up at his dad’s house this morning, had him read a little riddle, and whisked him away for the airport! I already had everything packed and ready to go! It took him a few minutes to fully understand that it was all real 😆 and now the excitement is REAL!!!

Disneyland here we come!!!! 🔆✈️🎢
